Located in Bække, Agnes Bed and Breakfast features a shared lounge, garden, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. We've been cheerfully received by Agnes and her loveliest dog Aya, even though we only made it to the resort as late as 1am! Agnes provided us with a clean and organized cabin that was already warm. She had also already prepared us breakfast for the next day. When we came back the next day, she welcomed us again with treats for a late coffee break. We were also provided with a kitchen to make our own meals, and Agnes suggested a few hiking trails in the area. Her two cats - Tris and Müsli were adorable as well. We couldn't imagine a better place to stay, in a very close proximity to Legoland and a beautiful countryside.

Beautiful home in a quiet rural village, close to Haderslev. Hostess couldn't have done more to make us welcome. No hesitation in recommending this property to anyone.

Situated in Ærøskøbing, Andelen Guesthouse features barbecue facilities. This guest house offers luggage storage space and free WiFi. Free private parking is available on site. Adam went out of his way to accommodate me and it was a very last minute booking. I arrived with a pair of the most disgusting shoes I had ever experienced, and he found me a small place out of the way where I could clean them and let them dry. When I booked a bike rental from him, he sat down with me to figure out what I wanted to see on the bike ride and helped me work out the best path and gave me a good map to use. And because the theater under the hotel is loud and can be hear through the floor, I was given free entrance to see the movie I would have been hearing anyway. The decor was lovely and the outside spaces even better. The position near the center of town but so close to the beach and the trail that goes all around the island was perfect too. I will come back and bring a group of friends to enjoy this lovely little island! Also, a great bonus for a Danish hotel...cold fresh drinking water was readily available and free (a rarity in Denmark, often you have to pay for drinking water there). Bathrooms are shared, but were quite lovely. They were well ventilated and had lots of space, were kept clean, and were well supplied with towels, nice toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. I didn't feel like I was lacking anything. Breakfast was offsite, but Adam made arrangements with a nearby hotel that has a nice little Danish style breakfast buffet and they were able to meet my needs with my different dietary issues. They even baked me a fresh gluten free bun every morning and always offered to bake me a second one if I wanted it.

Housed in an 18th-century farmhouse in the village of Flødstrup, Staevnegaarden offers spacious apartments with free Wi-Fi and private bathroom. Flødstrup Church is just across the street. A peaceful and great place to stay. A great kitchen with everything you need, good beds, a great place to just relax. The owner was also very nice and offered us to check out whenever we wanted as there were no new guests that day.

A recently renovated homestay located in Billund, Private Room in Billund centre close to Lego House & Legoland features a garden. Great housing unit that is attached to the hosts’ house. Very nice people! Were very friendly and helpful! The area is great, it is close to LEGO house and to a grocery store. There is a lake nearby which is nice to go to in the morning.
