We've been cheerfully received by Agnes and her loveliest dog Aya, even though we only made it to the resort as late as 1am! Agnes provided us with a clean and organized cabin that was already warm. She had also already prepared us breakfast for the next day. When we came back the next day, she welcomed us again with treats for a late coffee break. We were also provided with a kitchen to make our own meals, and Agnes suggested a few hiking trails in the area. Her two cats - Tris and Müsli were adorable as well. We couldn't imagine a better place to stay, in a very close proximity to Legoland and a beautiful countryside.

Very cute and comfortable place. We liked everything, also we enjoyed a new fluffy friend in room - Simba, the cat. As we are cat lovers, it was our choice that she could stay in room. The host was also very nice. I hope we will come back one day!

Adam went out of his way to accommodate me and it was a very last minute booking. I arrived with a pair of the most disgusting shoes I had ever experienced, and he found me a small place out of the way where I could clean them and let them dry. When I booked a bike rental from him, he sat down with me to figure out what I wanted to see on the bike ride and helped me work out the best path and gave me a good map to use. And because the theater under the hotel is loud and can be hear through the floor, I was given free entrance to see the movie I would have been hearing anyway. The decor was lovely and the outside spaces even better. The position near the center of town but so close to the beach and the trail that goes all around the island was perfect too. I will come back and bring a group of friends to enjoy this lovely little island! Also, a great bonus for a Danish hotel...cold fresh drinking water was readily available and free (a rarity in Denmark, often you have to pay for drinking water there). Bathrooms are shared, but were quite lovely. They were well ventilated and had lots of space, were kept clean, and were well supplied with towels, nice toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. I didn't feel like I was lacking anything. Breakfast was offsite, but Adam made arrangements with a nearby hotel that has a nice little Danish style breakfast buffet and they were able to meet my needs with my different dietary issues. They even baked me a fresh gluten free bun every morning and always offered to bake me a second one if I wanted it.

Staevnegaarden er til húsa í bóndabæ frá 18. öld í þorpinu Flødstrup og býður upp á rúmgóðar íbúðir með ókeypis Wi-Fi Interneti og sérbaðherbergi. Flødstrup-kirkjan er hinum megin við götuna. There was a lovely patio with garden furniture but because of the storm, we didn't use it. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking - and more. We loved the vintage feel and the original cupboards gave a true taste of authenticity. Even though the weather was bad, we had a great girly break reading the magazines and just relaxing.

Very nice people! Were very friendly and helpful! The area is great, it is close to LEGO house and to a grocery store. There is a lake nearby which is nice to go to in the morning.
