We did Vennbahn cycling route and Gastehouse Bendsieferhof is ideal place to have a break. Rooms are comfortable and super clean, breakfasts are perfect and you have space to store your bikes. Aside from having one of the best locations in Altastenberg, with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and forests, the hotel has a wonderful atmosphere. A great place to relax and take wonderful hikes. I am certainly going to return! In case you plan on driving there with an electric vehicle, there is a charging station in the hotel parking lot.
