Designed with local architectural features, Lijiang Gui Yuan Tian Ju Guesthouse boasts an ideal location and classy guestrooms. Free WiFi access is available throughout the entire hotel. Centrally located but quiet, helpful English-speaking staff (the *only* place in China where I could actually communicate in English rather than using a translation app!). Very quick WeChat responses to questions. Would definitely recommend (or return myself).

Centrally located in Lijiang Ancient Town, Xilu Xiaoxie Inn features cosy accommodation with traditional Chinese furnishings and modern facilities. Free Wi-Fi access is provided in the entire... The room was cozy and warm, relatively clean. All the basic facilities were there. Xixi, the owner, made us a tasty breakfast with coffee. She was also very helpful, recommending us places to go around Lijiang, and helped us with the transportation to the airport.

The staff were all really friendly. The room was spacious and well equipped. It's right beside lijiang old town, which is lovely!

No Flowers Boutique Hostel is situated in the Guandu district in Kunming, and has a private pool, a kitchen and mountain views. This is an excellent choice in a wonderful location if you have a stopover in Kunming. Nick, the owner was so kind and did everything to make my stay perfect in every way. He picked me up from the airport, took me back the next day, and gave me a room upgrade all for free. Modern room facilities including a sunken bath, kind hospitality, and the position of this hotel in an amazing Chinese village all helped to create a most memorable stay.
