Hongyuyuan Family Guesthouse ligger i Pingyao, 200 meter från Ming och Qing Street. Här erbjuds en restaurang och gratis WiFi. Very beautiful, old Chinese style. It was very clean and even for a simple stay, they provide you with everything needed. I recommend this hotel if you like traditional and Chinese architecture.

Pingyao hu lu wa Home Inn ligger i Pingyao och har gratis cyklar, en trädgård, en gemensam lounge och en restaurang. The owner, he was very helpfull with everything. He tried his best to speak English and helped with the places to go. Also, I had an early check-out, but made sure I had breakfast. Finally he took a scooter so he could take me to the gate voor a taxi.

Rummen på Pingyao Jiaxin Guesthouse är inredda i traditionell kinesisk stil. Hotellet ligger bara 4 minuters promenad från Pingyaos järnvägsstation. WiFi är gratis i alla utrymmen. For a very low price I've got a room only for myself. They gave me not only towel for free but also shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste and even toothbrush. Owners speak English communicatively and they are very helpful.

Beautiful accommodation at the centre of ancient city of Pingyao in the bustling South Street. The owner and staff are very friendly, warm and helpful. They picked us up from the station and brought us to Ancient City (cars are not allowed inside) and also brought us on the day of departure, both for very reasonable fees, because we were with 5, too many for a taxi. The hotel and rooms were in a traditional style, allowing for great pictures.The beds and cushions were very comfortable for us. The bathroom and toilet are combined in a small room, but it wasn't bothersome.The owner knows the nearby shops and good spots to go to, definitely ask for tips. We enjoyed our 2 nights and 3 days in Pingyao a lot, definitely recommended.

Datong Yunzhong Traditional Courtyard is located in Datong Ancient Town, a 5-minute walk from Huayan temple and Nine Dragon Wall. It is a quadrangle courtyard Inn with traditional decoration. Peaceful and quiet, the owners were lovely, and you could tell they kept pride in their place. The meals were great especially the noodles. Enjoyed breakfast which was a mix of sweet potatoes, vegetables, dumplings, sausage. The area had plenty of food around it and a short walk to the wall and ancient drum. Found out by guide the whole town is a replica made a decade ago, even the wall.

The hotel itself looks like out of a movie, its inner courtyard s were beautiful. My room with a huge Kang bed was just incredible; I also liked the touch with the many plants in the room. I would definitely stay here again.

Lao Cheng Gen Hostel ligger i Pingyaos historiska stadskärna, som finns med på UNESCO:s världsarvslista. Här bor du 10 minuters promenad från Xianya, som är den tidigare kommunala regeringen. Traditional Chinese inn in a historical family home. Convenient location between north & South Gate. Great value.

Pingyao Jintaisheng Hotel ligger i en 400 år gammal innergård som byggdes under Qingdynastin. The old traditional living and beeing directly in the ancient city.
