The staffs were proactively helpful and went above and beyond. Helping arrange trips, even telling us right shuttle bus to the Baofeng Lake and Yellow dragon cave in Wulingyuan (very easy to get bus from bus stop near hotel, no need to take expensive taxi ). The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Just book here if you visit Zhangjiajie.

For this price we got a big apartment consisting of two rooms, a small dining room and a beautiful clean bathroom. Everything was modern and clean (what is not oft in China!). It is possible to wash and dry your clothes at the hotel. The hotel located 15 minutes from the entrance to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and near the main street with cafes, markets and shops. But the most important thing is the staff! An excellent girl immediately wrote out a plan for us for 3 days, with all the routes and places to visit! She gave us a map and noted everything on it, helped us buy all the necessary tickets, was always in touch and even changed money at the bank so that we didn’t waste time on it! It was just a delight!
