I had an absolute blast staying at Wallys, which contributed to creating a truly memorable experience for my trip on top of the sightseeings. - Amazing hospitality. While there are plenty of Zhangjiajie itineraries online, they can't beat the sharing from a local like Wally from routes to avoid crowds and insider hikes. He handdrew a very detailed 2day route map with many options to cater to my needs. Wally was also super helpful attending to all my questions and arranging for ticket purchases (with discount). Also i learnt a lot from the lovely chat abt his experience growing up in the area and managing the hostel. - Convenient location, less than 5mins walk to main gate, accessible to all shops and restaurants. - Affordable price and truly value for money (in no way will your experience be compromised).

Featuring pool views, Zhangjiajie National Park Nvue Resorts offers accommodation with patio, around 11 km from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The hotel facilities  were nice. It has a clean, nice swimming pool, the staff were amazing guys. The location was also nice. One of the Zhangjiaje national park's entrances is in just a 3-minute walk.  They serve for the breakfast rice  noodle soup, which is Hunan's best dish, and also good coffee and many more.  View from the hotel room was spectacular. You can see the beauty of the Zhangjiaje mountains right from the hotel room terrace. The double deluxe room has a nice terrace and also has a bath on it.  The Main thing is that Tim, the hotel manager, is the almost only one who speaks English in the region, and he managed everything for guests. If you need help of booking national park's sightseeing tickets, taxi or other things he's always willing to help. The other hotel guys were also helpful, polite, nice guys. Room was comfortable, room facilities also were very good. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

Located within 31 km of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and less than 1 km of Tianmen Mountain Ticket Office, 26 Degrees Inn features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in... THEY SPEAK ENGLISH, this is the most important aspect of the review. Peipei was also extremely nice, helping me with the taxi from the airport (calling with them directly to provide them with instructions), and she even reimbursed me the money the taxi overcharged me. Beds were very comfortable. Working airco. Overall clean. Good location, close to the bus and train station.

Located in Zhangjiajie and only 20 km from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, SecGarden Boutique Hotel provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. We checked into the wrong room, but the staff were willing and helpful to exceed our needs, sorting us out. They also checked with us in advance and helped us book the tickets for the Tiammenshan and the Forest park. They also allowed us to check out later. Plus, the hotel was so beautiful and we would love to visit again.

Rooms are spacious and beautiful, the bedding is so comfortable and the view is stunning. The owners are going above and beyond to accommodate the guests, it is absolutely amazing. They arranged beautiful vegan food for one of the group, Carl took us on a tour of the National Park, they did so much for us! This place is a jewel ! Thank you so much for this memorable stay!

Set within 19 km of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and 1.3 km of Zixia Taoist Temple, Yijingju Humanistic Inn offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Zhangjiajie. Тhis is one of the best hotels I've been to! For this price we got a big apartment consisting of two rooms, a small dining room and a beautiful clean bathroom. Everything was modern and clean (what is not oft in China!). It is possible to wash and dry your clothes at the hotel. The hotel located 15 minutes from the entrance to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and near the main street with cafes, markets and shops. But the most important thing is the staff! An excellent girl immediately wrote out a plan for us for 3 days, with all the routes and places to visit! She gave us a map and noted everything on it, helped us buy all the necessary tickets, was always in touch and even changed money at the bank so that we didn’t waste time on it! It was just a delight!

They have a very exclusive customer service. They provide to and fro ferry service to the hotel and provide us a very good video explanation when we wanted to visit the tian meng san and give us good advice on the route to walk. The boss and lady boss are so friendly. Will recommend to my relative or friends if they visit that area.
