Very close to all the shops, grocery stores and train station. Very clean, comfortable and best suited for a big family. They even have a laundry in the basement for a small charge. The apartment we stayed is in 3rd floor and this property does not have any elevator. It didn't bother us but might be a problem to someone.

Breathtaking view from the balcony, Alex was very helpful and he and his wife even gave us some fresh eggs from their chickens during our stay. It is a large house with plenty of room, about a 10 min walk from the train station at Wengen. Very quiet at night and we would love to return one day

We had the whole ground floor of the house to ourselves, including our own kitchen and outdoor seating area. Home is < 100 feet from the lake front with a lovely public lawn on the water to sit in. Host was incredibly kind and accommodating - she did a load of laundry for us as we were in the middle of a long trip, and offered to pick up groceries we needed from Lidl as the store in town is quite expensive. Lots of pamphlets in the house with information on nearby excursions and other activities.
