Nestled amongst heritage gardens, Glen Isla House boasts direct beach access and free Wi-Fi. All accommodation features elegant and unique interiors, a flat-screen TV and lovely garden views. The general setting. It was close to the beach and town. Rooms were very comfortable and close to living room/breakfast area. The grounds were expertly landscaped.

Featuring a secluded garden setting, Genesta House offers boutique accommodation in a restored 100-year-old home and includes free WiFi. The host Simmone was extremely friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant she recommended (Bani) and it was good. She made us feel welcome. She also prepares welcome cookies, red wine, fruits and breakfast was simple but nice. These may seem "little" things but are differentiators compared to any others which don't go the extra mile.

Coastal meets Country at this Ventnor Beach Escape, a property with a garden and barbecue facilities, is situated in Ventnor, 6.6 km from Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, 10 km from A Maze’N Things,... Great spot out of town for a stay - wished we'd booked for longer but will be back!

Offering free Wi-Fi and free breakfast, Swan Lake Guest House is located across the road from Flynn's Reef Beach. All rooms offer a 2-person spa bath. We arrived late afternoon and received a warm welcome from Bernadette, the hostess, who answered all our questions about the accommodation and the island. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious with an updated bathroom and a very relaxing deck. The guest house was at a perfect location as it was less than one kilometer to our evening Penguin Parade booking. We enjoyed the continental breakfast which included freshly perked coffee, bread, warm croissants, sliced cheese and meat, and fresh fruit. We highly recommend Swan Lake Guest House for anyone seeking lodging on the island.

Just 3 minutes’ walk from the beach, Phillip Island Cottages offer a private patio with garden views. Guests have access to a BBQ area surrounded by lovely gardens. Easy walking distance to main street/shops, waterfront, etc. Comfortable accomodation with excellent facilities.

Located in Cowes in the Victoria region, with Cowes Beach nearby, By the Beach Coastal Cabin with Hot Tub provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Spacious cabin with great cooking facilities. Lovely quiet garden in a great location. Bed was very comfortable.

Boasting a patio with mountain views, a garden and a bar, OMARU FARM STAY can be found in Ventnor, close to Flynns Beach and 7.1 km from Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit. Beautiful staff, so kind and welcoming and an excellent location— incredible view ! So easy to find all the main attractions and added bonus having the cafe and farm store on site. Loved the farm fresh eggs for breakfast :)
