Very responsive hosts. A beautiful yard, like a botanical garden including a fountain. So many little conveniences like charging stations on either side of the bed, popcorn, a basket of fruit, alexa for music....

The garden is really a great place for sitting, dining and having a good time outside. There is space for 8 at the table. There is light in the evening and even a small waterfall. The area is calm and peaceful. Note that the garden is the garden of the main house and you may cross the owners for a nice chat or when they have their barbecue... The location is easy access from principal roads and 15-20 min drive to most locations of interest in the San Diego area. Trolley station is not too far away (5 min by taxi ). Uber is working well. Close to university city.

Amazing views. Choice of 2 Jacuzzis and pool. Great place to relax. One king and one queen beds in the different parts of the studio. Location is very convenient for sightseeing. Clear check in and check out instructions. Easy on street parking.
