Not only a very charming brownstone house in a quiet area with public transport, restaurants, supermarkets and back bay in walking distance but also very nice and helpful staff! They helped with luggage, umbrella's and at check in we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade of our room which we greatly appreciated. The room itself was cozy and clean and the bed very comfortable. 10/10 recommend for a pleasant stay in Boston

Free breakfast served from 7am. Helpful staff. Stayed in 4 bed female dorm. Ample space and lockers in room. Would recommend.

However, bathrooms are limited, maybe in rush time, you could have to line up (I didn't have to but just saying). The breakfast was bit late at 8 AM, and was only bare essential, but I guess you can bring and eat your own food? It is close to 7 Eleven and within walking distance of Boston Common.
