This property was beautiful. From the lofted A-frame cottage to the setting by the beautifully flowing stream right next to it. The cottage itself was actually more beautiful than depicted in the photos. We had originally only booked 1 night but because we had a flexible schedule and the cottage was so comfortable we stayed a second. I have come to the village of Soppong many times to visit the Tuesday Market where you can mingle with the many hill tribe people who come down to shop and gossip. I highly recommend this experience if you are planning to travel in this direction from Chiang Mai. If you do come don't hesitate to choose Baan Kaew MO Ra!!!

Great hosts who are really welcoming and take their time with their guests. Very nice bungalows, each quite secluded allowing lots of privacy. Incredible local food which is prepared with love and only local ingredients (Pen and Han even grow their own rice and coffee!). A place which we definitely recommend to stay!
