Fantastic home stay in a local Bangkok neighbourhood. Kate and her family were very friendly and spoke good English. Lots of public transport connections and food options nearby. Can highly recommend to anyone looking to get away from the tourist traps.

The room is really big. It also has refrigerator which I like because I buy foods that I cannot finish. So, the fridge is really useful to store my left overs which I can eat in the morning for breakfast. I also love the bathroom it's big and I love the sink. I can dance in their bathroom which I always do at home. They also have television, the aircon is so quiet. I also have a place to hang ny clothes, and theres is also a long table for work and doing random stuff. They also have free water, coffee and snacks.

Great hotel with a good location in the quiet part of Chinatown. The view from the balcony was very good. The staff at the reception was nice and let us leave our luggage there for a long time. The rooftop restaurant had spectacular view of Bangkok and the breakfast was amazing.

Very nice hotel. Super friendly staffs and the reception staffs are very kind and friendly. We stayed for the first time in Bangkok and booked 3 nights. We were very happy that it is well connected to the city and next to Chinatown. MTR Wat Mangkon is about 5 minutes walk away and it connects you to city and Airport line.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights over the weekend in Bangkok. It's a very unique and atmospheric place. It's more like a house with only four rooms. Every detail in this house is carefully thought out and beautifully crafted. It was an exclusive experience. I will return there for sure.

This is an underrated Boutique Hotel. It is not a hostel as advertised. Mr Leang, the person in charge of this hotel is very very friendly and helpful. I have been travelling to Bangkok for more than 10 years and this is by far the best boutique hotel i have stayed so far

The location is fantastic, the room was clean, spacious with a great view of Wat Pho. The staff of the hotel and the restaurant downstairs were lovely and very arranging. Best value possible for the money!
