The young lady at reception had great English and was the kindest woman. She has gone above and beyond to make our stay as great as possible. She was on her first shift there, but you would not be able to tell as she was just the loveliest person. Huge thanks to the kitchen staff as well as the meal at dinner was magnificent. Great size portions, delicious and good value for money. The outdoors were beautifully maintained and the pool was perfect for my swim.

The location is perfect in the very center of the city, close to the main square and the SNP museum. My room was very stylish, the bed is comfortable and the communication with the host was easy and fast - he waited for me even despite my short delay. I would stay here again.

Great, quiet location but near enough to town to be convenient. Balcony was great. Breakfast was great and three different types of coffee! Good conversation and some local history. Parking lot was nice.

Very helpful host, fluent in English. The location is very easily accessible from the highway, and is in walking distance from the historic town centre. Donovaly ski resort is a 15-minute drive from the property. Ask for the family room in the attic: the kids will love it. If you are planning for a short visit to the Fatra-region, it is actually more practical to stay in town overnight.
