Private hammocks and garden furniture belong to the houses, which are located right next to a small creek. Proper heating, even if the weather is cold outside. Everything was TOP ;). The beds were comfy, the shower was great with plenty of hot water, there was heat in the room. Best of all, the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook for ourselves. The grocery store was 5 minutes away by car. There was a washing machine in the kitchen for washing clothes. And the owners were friendly and very quick to respond when we needed anything. The Juliana Trail goes right by the house.

Lovely place to stay for a few days. The property was superb. Nika was very friendly and was always on hand to help with anything or recommendations for restaurants etc for our stay. Coffee, drinks, snacks were a great touch and the choice of tv channels were great. I was pleased I could watch the US Open tennis finals late into the evenings.

- beautiful view from the balcony - spacious room - with the price we paid, it's a great value for money - location is walking distance to 2 restaurants, the river, and outdoor activities. Bovec center is a short 5-minute drive away - despite being in the attic, the room was not hot when we visited (beginning of september). There was a fan as well though it is a bit noisy Since we mostly spent time outside, the room was good enough for us!
