After a long day's drive what a welcome relief to pull into the garage. The hotel sits high above the bay with beautiful views of the water. We were offered a welcome glass of the local wine (I forget the name but is delicious) and given a tour of the hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We decided to eat dinner there since the weather wasn't nice and we were tired and that was a great decision. We had pork and soup which was outstanding; they made us feel like we were the only ones there. If you're looking for a little out of the way but close to Lisbon stay here.

Wonderful! Lovely apartment, very friendly and helpful host and he even offered us a complimentary bottle of wine! Accidentally I left my phone chargers behind and he sent them to me by mail the same day! Excellent service!
