We were welcomed with lovely port wine and cakes, the space is amazing, there’s a lovely terrace with a wonderful barbecue. The bedrooms are spacious and cozy, the kitchen very well-equipped. The hosts were extremely welcoming and always available, information about rules of the house and amenities were very clear. The views are incredible and the surroundings very peaceful.

Our stay at Casa do Romezal was a highlight of our trip to Portugal that Jane and I will always treasure. Breakfast was sensational. We loved Margarida's homemade pastries and breads, freshly squeezed juice, and the local cheeses and hams at our breakfast. Simply sensational. Don't miss the vineyard tour and wine tasting with Luis! Margarida and Luis made everything about our stay absolutely perfect. We will be placing an order for wine very soon. This is a remote location which after 5 weeks of heavy travel was much appreciated, beautiful views. The earlier reviews noted it was smart to bring my own food which I did. It was a wonderful retreat for a few days! This place is clean it is comfortable and the host is the absolute best. Daniel made sure I found his spot by guiding me there himself due to a road closure, the next day when I got turned around he helped me again. He is gracious very accomodati g and makes awesome PORT!

Our stay was a highlight of our trip. Cristina and Nuno were the perfect hosts, and we felt like friends more than just guests. The breakfast was not only delicious but beautifully presented in a lovely warm dining room. We also enjoyed two lovely traditional dinners which were exceptional. We liked Nuno's port so much that we purchased a bottle to bring home with us. The location was beautiful and peaceful. Our accomodation was very comfortable and the parking was easy and convenient.
