Especially I liked the laundry service. Very convenient! Although El Zumbito is not located exactly in the center of El Valle de Anton, its location is very suitable for hiking. The hiking trail to the mountain La India Dormida starts directly at El Zumbito. I enjoyed this hike very much!

The home is super clean, the bathroom and bedroom are all you need. The location is also good, close to the start of the india dormidia trail and a short walk to the heart of the town. Liz even does mani and pedicures. Breakfast is basic but good. All in all we loved our stay with this family.

Communication in a mixture of Spanish and English was no problem. Living the mi casa es su casa life, felt more like a homestay. In addition to the breakfast we could use the kitchen (coffee, tea, bananas) and were often invited to join for the other meals as well. José is also a knowledgeable guide and offered to join us on hikes. The bathroom is shared but there are only two rooms for rent and while we were there, no one else was using it.
