Thank you very much. It was very clean, comfortable, tidy, attention to detail with the layout of the room. The host was friendly, helpful and hospitable. It was a great location to attend our friends' 50th birthday in Bayfair.

Offering free WiFi, Sunbrae Beach Sands Y wifi, parking is located in Mount Maunganui, just 300 metres from Papamoa Beach. The homestay is fitted with a flat-screen TV.

This was a private home, not just another hotel, but we had a great contact with real people. I consider this a real bonus. We had all our privacy and an awesome social experience. The room and bathroom were perfect. Wifi very good.
