I loved everything and all the things about my 4 night stay @ this beautiful property. It’s clean, the water pressure in the shower is amazing, super comfortable environment with all the mod cons required for an enjoyable stay, the bed and linen are top quality. The location is close to all you need and it’s a beautiful suburb to stay in. Also having a top quality washer & dryer was better than great! The huge comfy lounge that reclines is the best. This is definitely a 10/10 property to stay in and if and when I travel to NZ again this is my first preference. Thank you so much.

First of all, the location - Stokes Valley - is just pure New Zealand. it's amazing. The house is perfect. Spacious outside and has parking facilities. The main door is automatic and the owner sends you a pin code for you to get in and use later on, before arrival. It looks like a brand new home. Smells amazing as you step inside. I got a spacious well-lit double bedroom, with a large TV, a medium-sized wardrobe with towels and blankets, wifi passwords, and other instructions - all ready to go. There was a kitchen downstairs but I didn't use it. Shower and Toilet - were just as clean and flawless as the rest of the house. I think the owners live upstairs, or someone does - but you wouldn't hear them at all. It was just a great place to relax.

Great communication from the host's. Clear instructions on how to get in. Easy access and parking. The room was nicely set up and is equipped with a small snack bar including a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as provided fruit, breakfast cereals, coffee and tea. The bathroom and shower were nice and clean. The water pressure is great and shampoo/body wash were provided. The WiFi is fast and easy to connect to. The location is close to Upper Hutt City Centre with approximately 5 min drive time.

Quiet location on a back section. Good location for the activities I had planned for the weekend. On site parking. Very comfortable bed! Plenty of hot water for the shower.

very clean and cozy, friendly and welcoming hosts. i really appreciated the use of the kitchen as there aren’t sny shops or restaurants in the area. perfect accomodation for one night. the location outside of upper hut centre was a good opportunity to get to know a new neighborhood 😉
