Such a loving and cozy place. Gail was a delight! Missed the hot chocolate options. But you know, I bet if we asked Gail would have rush to get some. A lovely secluded getaway. Boys loved the loft or being able to sleep in the annex. It was even a treat to show them what a VHS was!

We slept soundly and then took the opportunity to visit the nearby settlers' museum - a recreated township using various buildings and artefacts from days gone by, with helpful, entertaining staff in period costume.
