The host was absolutely incredible! She took the time to explain attractions of the island, gave local recommendations of places to eat and have drinks, the best beach clubs and even recommended a place to hire scooters. We stayed in a more basic room (from what I could see) but the accomodation was more than comfortable- the bed was great, fan helped us to cool down and the shower was always hot. We made use of the shared kitchen which was always clean, and one could even buy snacks and drinks from the "honesty bar" section. The outdoor/patio furniture was a lovely place to spend the afternoon. The location of the accomodation was perfect, about 400m walk from ferry stop and so close to downtown with restaurants literally across the street. P.S. the snorkel tour which was recommended (with Carla) was amazing! We saw rays, turtles, star fish, a variety of fish and lots of corals.

As I was travelling solo I needed to find a nice place, safe, central located but quiet and clean. What I found checked all the boxes but even more surprised me by the fact how easy Sue and Windy has made it for me to feel almost home. They are both so warm and welcoming, supported me with all my questions, recommended me where to have a nice coffee or dinner and told me a lot about the island, diving and much more. Thank you Sue and Windy for making my stay so convinient! I slept the best, I fell in love with Cozumel (again) and I will definately come back!

We had a lovely stay at Habitación Cozumel... the room itself was very comfortable with a nice patio and all the basic appliances needed in the kitchen. We found the bed comfortable and Julio was an excelent host! He helped recommend some great local places to eat and also some beautiful places to see around the island.

Abel is an amazing host. Extremely jovial and knowledgeable about things to do not just in Cozumel but all over the world. You can also book your diving with him, fun dives, open water course, discover dives, all that good stuff. Great family vibe at the hostel and I will not stay anywhere else on future trips to Cozumel.
