Everything was super clean and new. Excellent location just a 5min walk from the seaside and Spinola Bay. I was at the top floor where there were only 2 rooms so it was very quiet and private. My room had a nice balcony with a view and some chairs to sit and enjoy the sun. Marica is a great host. Since I arrived there from another trip with just a single backpack and they don't have a laundry service on-site she offered me to do it at her own house free of charge.

The room was big with everything you need, there was privat bathroom a few steps from room, you can eat breakfast in really beautiful kitchen/dining room with nice view of city and sea.
