You just have to voice the problem and here is the solution. This is not my first time in Cambodia, I have something to compare with, I have stayed in hotels of different levels and none had such a loyal attitude towards guests. I am a comfort person, I own a service business myself and attention to customers is essential for me, so I always evaluate and emphasize customer service in the places I visit. Next to the hotel there is an insanely beautiful beach, wild, but insanely beautiful: blue water, white sand, everything as we love)) You can get to the beach by bike, which is also provided by the hotel. The villa I lived in had a swimming pool, every morning opening my eyes, I took a step and dived into the pool, nothing is as energizing as a morning pool in hot Cambodia. The hotel provides several breakfast options, I took a traditional American one. The hotel is quiet and secluded, but nevertheless it is a great option to come here with a company. Each villa is private, which is also a big plus

It is run by a lovely Cambodian family which helped me a lot due to my stay. The rooms are pretty basic with everything you need. The beds are clean and comfortable. The area is very authentic, you won't find a lot of western tourists but a good insight of the local lifestyle. I had a great time.

They really did try to look after me. Got me a tuk tuk to get me to the bus station. And also ordered me a pizza to the room. Can't really complain tbh.

Quite close to Giant Ibis Bus Office. Price is affordable. The room is spacious. I could leave my luggage here until my bus departure time. The host/owner is very friendly and helpful.
