Great location, close to the beach and the airport. We were only staying at Villa Avatos for a very short time because we were getting up for a very early flight, but Vasilis was a great host and very accommodating when we had to make last-minute changes to our arrival time because of trouble with our rental car. The room was small but had everything we needed, including a large minibar selection.

Lovely talkative lady, that speaks well English (but also French and Italian due to her job as a language teacher. Location is very practical as its a 5 minutes taxi drive from Rafina port and the bus to the airport stops around the corner. Beaches are at the end of the street.
