The hotel was excellent with its location, friendly staff and facilities. The room was a vast and cozy. All the views are fantastic. The owner of the hotel was very communicative and helpful. The hotel has a nice yard with swimming pool.

Beautiful sea view from the huge communal balconies right in front of the rooms. Beautiful mountain views and garden views as well. Great location. Huge parking space. Shops nearby and buses.

Friendly and accommodating hosts, especially Tiko, who spoke great English and was very helpful. Great location 5 min walk to the beach that was rather quiet compared to Batumi. Tasty food at affordable prices and lovely homemade wine. The outdoor pool definitely a bonus.

Stayed second time, and will come back again. The location is perfect - you see the sea from the balcony, and it's further from the center, but still very close to everything. The balconies are big, garden is beautiful and the owners are lovely people. Highly recommend eating there also, our dinners were very delicious! We thought we are tired from Georgian food, but fell in love again.
