Everything. This was an entire apartment with everything you might need: a bedroom for multiple people, proper kitchen with a washing machine, bathroom. Everything was clean, all the amenities were according to the description. Overall the place is in great condition, the view from the room is beautiful.

The guest house is located in the upper part of Borjomi, not so convenient if you don't have a car. The owner Eldgar is FANTASTIC!!! There are only two room at the first floor of the guest house. You share a kitchen with the people staying in the other room and the bathroom is private. Really good value for money and beautiful environment

Good accommodation, though it's located a little far at the hill top. If you're going walking, there's a shortcut through stairs upwards, located between the buildings. I've attached photos to easily reach it. The lady is friendly, beds are comfy and a private bathroom. Sitting area outside with a beautiful view! Quiet, calm, privacy is respected in this place, good for families too.
