Caroline and Adrian made us feel very welcome and were always ready to help with any questions/requests we had. We were very impressed by the attention to detail. Everything you can possibly need was available - we could not fault a thing. The guest house itself is clean and modern and the breakfast room has a cheerful nautical theme. The breakfast was fantastic, served with the best coffee we have ever had!

Excellent host. The welcome complementary breakfast exceeded our expectations and was very much appreciated. The accommodation adaptations were less than 6 months old and everything was in very good condition with quality fittings which had been thoughtfully planned. A very compact unit. Good private patio for use in fine weather and free driveway parking. Can highly recommend.

We would recommend this accommodation for a short break or a longer family break in the area. We did not make use of the facilities on site as they were all booked during our stay which was a last minute get away. We did visit the sports bar and enjoyed a drink whilst watching the football game and we also went to the pizza shop on site which was good.
