Great stay, nice and clean apartman with all the necessary equipments. Probably the property has been refurbished recently, because it looks like a new one. Smooth and easy Check in/out! Travel Palace mngmt team was always reachable. In terms of location, it is easy to get to the center or Wembley tube. Overall very happy with our stay, we will be back for sure

Lovely host. Good walk from tube station (1.2 Kms according to google maps). House was very clean, and not too warm or not too cold. It was just right. Lovely host.. I was delighted to meet Fidal. He was very helpful.

The room was spaceious and nicely decorated, and had all the usual facilites required for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was in the main building and wasn't much to shout about to be honest, although the have all the usual options on offer. There is plenty of onsite free parking available. We arrived late into the night and ordered Room Service at the reception, which arrived quickly and was very good.

I slept great both nights which is always a bonus when working away. I really loved having a fridge, plus cooking facilities as well, plus a kettle and tea/coffee. It's also a short walk from the tube, plus shops etc. I would for sure book to stay here again whenever I'm next working in the area.DanielSolo traveller

Bed was comfy, had small kitchen area, which was handy with having our dog with us. The bathroom was stunning, huge jacuzzi bath, huge towels on heated radiator and good quality bath products. The coffee and tea are amazing, I had to take the unused one home(sorry!) The grounds are beautiful and has lots of little walks around the house and gardens.DDonnaYoung couple

Relaxing hotel environment having light fare in the library bar for supper, which was tasty, or the restaurant, which we didn't use. Room service for breakfast was prompt, courteous and all correct without errors in the food served from what was ordered, always a bonus! Personable and helpful staff, especially Rhys on reception. We took our cocker spaniel in the Garden Suite ground floor so had doors to own little open garden. Very handy. Staff very friendly and sorted a fridge out when requested to keep doggie food in.
