Our stay was brilliant, excellent location between Coniston old man and the lake. The hosts were super lovely and welcoming. The room was clean and just what we needed for two nights. Breakfast was lovely and tasted great. Can not recommend enough!

The convenience (walking distance) to the village and to all Lake District Attractions. Hawkshead is a lovely village, beautifully looked after, and a well kept secret as opposed to other Lake District villages or towns. People incredibly friendly and Mark and Emma wonderful hosts.

I travel around the UK quite a lot but this was one of the best accomodations I've had. Staff were friendly, the rooms very snug and cosy, and the view from our windows just incredible. Beautifully located near a lake, peaceful and quiet. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful property right on the lake. Staff were super kind, greeted us kindly when we arrived quite late into the night, printed off a happy birthday sign for my partner and sent us off with take away sandwiches in the morning (we were in a rush). Couldn’t recommend this place more!! 10/10
