The house lady is very kind and helpful. She allowed us to check in early, which was very nice. (it was very cold). The room is quite pretty with a private bathroom and garden. There were some kitchenware, a fridge, oven and kettle. So that you can prepare some quick meals. We liked it here! Definitely will come again. Thank you !

Spotless room and very comfortable bed! Microwave and fridge in the room was a great bonus! The host supplied a huge assortment of toiletries in the bathroom and there was bottled water and mineral in the fridge as well as a good assortment of tea coffee etc! The host was very nice and helpful to. Great great value for money! Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The apartment itself was delightful – clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The convenience of having a small grocery shop right under the apartment was a definite plus, and the proximity to the train station (just a 5-minute walk away) made commuting to central London a breeze. Easy access to London M25 and Stansted Airport, making travelling to and from the area a breeze. The location offers excellent public transport options and a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty to do around the Lee Valley area. If you're considering a stay in this region, I can't recommend this place enough. The hospitality and superb accommodation will undoubtedly make your experience memorable. 10/10 – thanks for the exceptional stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

To have access to a swimming pool at this good value property is an amazing find. There is a patio and chairs around the Pool where we sat in the sun after a swim - didn’t expect that in September! The room and ensuite are spacious, comfortable and filled with interesting items. From a practical point of view, the microwave, fridge, plate and cutlery is worth mentioning. The nearby Goffs Oak pub is worth visiting but you could have its excellent food delivered by UberEats or heat up a ready meal from the Coop. This eclectic house is in a quiet location with a field opposite. The owners and staff are really helpful and welcoming. We wish we had time to stay longer and explore the area.
