Staff are great and the location is perfect. The breakfast was fantastic and they were happy to turn the leftovers into a sandwich for me rather than waste food.

Anono and Craig were very accommodating and the room was perfect in terms of size, location and facilities. They made sure our request was accommodated and we had a simple breakfast kept in our room for each day we were there. Ot was in a beautiful locality and only a short walk from the village centre. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was quite clean and well maintained. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed our visit to Aviemore !

Location was quiet (apart from noisy gardenworkers in the neighbourhood (but luckily we were away during the day). At nigth it was very quiet.

Contrary to other reviews which I'm sure were posted on the wrong Boathouse, the Boat House Guesthouse, remember Guesthouse, would definitely get my return business. Harry was a delightful host and his breakfast made to order, could not be surpassed. Friendly, clean and helpful.
