We felt very welcomed by Alex who met us at the station and showed us to the flat. The building is well-located close to the station and a 20 minute walk away (or shorter tram away) from the beach. There is also a laundromat just on the corner. The room was very clean with good facilities and Alex was very communicative throughout the stay. We felt very lucky finding this impressive place at the last minute!

Super spacious apartment in quiet neighborhood. With a swimming pool and a great view over Nice! Host is very friendly and helpful. Bathroom is actually much better than in the picture, so don’t be hesitant. The location is a bit far away from Nice center, you would need a car to go downtown or around (need to walk up and down hill quite a lot to get to tram or bus, and only run till 9pm). But we knew it when we booked. We specifically chose this because we want to have a relax and quiet vacation.
