Lovely and very spacious room, with good quality wooden furniture. The bathroom is big too with two sinks and a sizeable shower. The room has a kithen, but we didn't use it. The towels, tea and coffee are provided. The decor is very nice. The room has an A/C unit and is comfortable temperature. There is a lift, which makes it easier to get to the room with luggage. The hotel is inside the property that is a historic landmark in a process of restoration (Convent of the Carmelites). There is a tower you can go up which offers a great view of the city. The hotel is within a walking distance to the train station, but also just 4 minutes away from the central square and the Palace of the Archbishops.

My wife and I were delighted with our accommodation, within a historic convent undergoing a long-term project of magnificent renovation and restoration. Our studio apartment was a good size, modernly equipped, clean and very comfortable. Gosh, it even had a pair of electric recliner chairs! 🙂 The location of the convent is fantastic; 10 mins walk from Narbonne train station, 3 mins from town centre, with a grocery store and selection of restaurants around the corner. The Narbonne Voltaire bus stop is 3 mins walk; most local buses can be boarded here, including the Number 8 which will get you to Gruissan Plage and Narbonne Plage (the beaches). Thanks to Ophelia for her warm welcome and advice.👍
