The property is located up a hill with beautiful trails all around. Restaurants and some shopping are also nearby (10 minute walk) Mountain views are wonderful as well.

This 100% vegetarian guest house consciously without WiFi access is located in the famous Schönau am Königssee, just 2.5 km from Lake Königssee.

Friendly owner who prepared a delicious breakfast and helped with everything. She wrote a daily note for breakfast and translated it into English for us. Every detail of the house was made with care. The view is amazing from the room (balcony). Nice surroundings. Next to the house there is a nice public playground and private parking. The shops, bakery, bus stop, restaurants are located within one km or less. There are a lot of things to do if you love nature. We only stayed 3 nights which was short.

Haus Mariengrund, habitació en una casa particular a Schönau am Königssee

Offering a garden and garden view, Haus Mariengrund is located in Schönau am Königssee, 3.2 km from Konigssee and 8 km from Berchtesgaden National Park.

Nikolaus and his family are very nice. My room was cosy, the place was very clean, the view from the balcony was stunning! It was a part of the Bavarian fairytale. I also liked the location, close to Berchtesgaden and beautiful hiking trails. I hope next time I go to the Bavarian Alps Mariengrund will be available. Thank you for everything.
