The location is great, situated in a small valley. Very quiet. since I had an opulent dinner the night before, I skipped Breakfast.

The Location was good, a 15 minute drive in to Central Dresden and a 15 minute walk to some great local restaurants and bars. Check out Die Schmiede for good food and drinks. There was a big supermarket withing walking distamce too. The property was very clean and well priced for what we wanted with plenty of parking at the rear of the property. There was a nice pretty relaxing garden and it was very quiet at night. There was a slight language barrier with us being English but google translate with Emails made communication with Sabine very easy. All the information on our stay with directions and how to access our key was very clear. We had a problem with our electrics on one day but after sending an email to staff a gentleman was around within 10 minutes and fixed it. We had a really nice stay and would reccomend this place in the future.

The breakfast was superb and the cellar breakfast room was intriguing. Nice old fashioned pension in very quiet location up in the woods behind Radebuel but still convenient to drive into Dresden. Our room had a small sitting out area. Some nice places to east in Radebeul but not within walking distance. We enjoyed the steam train which passed immediately in front of the hotel.

The hotel is located on the main street of the old town of Altkotschenbroda. It is within walking distance to the main shops, restaurants and cafes of the old town. Although we were expecting a room, we got a whole huge apartment for ourselves, with two bedrooms, a big living room, decent kitchen and nice and modern bathroom.

Room size is much bigger that standard, very comfortable with all necessary accessories you need in travelling. Restaurant offer short list of dishes but in the best possible quality.

Stuff was very friendly and polite. I was to arrive late at night when the front desk would be already closed, but the stuff contacted me and gave me clear instructions about how to get the key and how to find my room.
