Incredible view in a quiet location on the edge of town. Loved the enclosed garage and owner was friendly and helpful. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. We had a car which made transit easy but it is a good hike into town if you are walking.

The family-run SCHITTLERHAUS is located in the small, idyllic mountain village of Schöllang at the foot of the Oberstdorf mountains.

Be sure to order breakfast if you want it - otherwise, we LOVED the Harle bakery in town. The views, lovely sheets, German plates and dishes plus the black & white photos- all amazing!

Located in Oberstdorf's district Rubi, "Haus Berktold" - Annehmlichkeiten von 4-Sterne Familien-und Wellnesshotel Viktoria können mitbenutzt werden is ideally located for skiing and hiking.

Everything was great. We had a room with a view of the mountains. The Berktold house is a part of Victoria hotel with all required for comfortable staying: restaurant, sauna. Our staying was during the Christmas season, we were suggested to have a Christmas dinner - it was excellent 👌 Also we added daily half pansion for 10 euro/day. Sauna was included to our staying, additionally it's possible to order different SPA. We also were provided with the guest cards for different bonuses in the city (free or discounts for buses, parking, skipass, etc.) Near the hotel you can take a bus to any mountain to skiing, hiking or just sightseeing.
