The place is great to stay with business partners. Martin is a great guest and has everything figured out to welcome us anytime. We shared the space with some other hosts but the place is very well organized so it felt convenient. We went there for the Prowein fair and Messe Dusseldorf is easily accesible from the apartment. Excellent logistics. I could sleep, shower, refrigerate my food, and wash the same set of clothes every night by hand and hang them in the shower. I could walk for 75 minutes to reach my family's home. Nice host.
