The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Street parking was available. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The hosts made our stay very nice. We don't speak much German, but communication between German, English, French, and hand gestures worked just fine 🙂. The hosts were exceptional. They were very friendly and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this Booking apartment.

We used our stay as a night halt from southern Germany to Calais and it was ideal, although we would have liked longer! Margot, our host gave us a lovely welcome, the place is stunning, with beautiful views and in a great location, away from the many tourists in Bernkastel-Kues, yet close enough to walk in. Apartment was extremely well equipped and beds very comfy. Thank you, Port family!

We really liked the whole setting of Gästehaus Ehses. The host is attentive. The availability of bicycles. The direct environment. A well kept garden with front-down seats for a fantastic panorama. A place to go back to.

Everything. Very large room with a fantastic view on the sky and vineyard. Bath large clean and with window. Staff very friendly. Wonderful breakfast with every details carefully thought. Location in a lovely street in the center of an amazing village. Diner over the top, 1 Michelin star level in term of food quality.

we had the balcony room with a nice view. The property is located in a quiet area and not very far from the city Center. We could park our car on the property and bicycles in a garage next to the main entrance. The cleanliness of the rooms was ensured everyday by the land lady while we were eating our breakfast. She is a very friendly presence and made sure the breakfast is served in time. We would love to stay here again.

The owner/hostess was great. The evening meal and the breakfast good. The location in a Moselle River town was beautiful (a stone's throw from the river) and relaxing. A clean room, good shower/ bed/night's sleep, and fine food--what more can a weary traveler ask for? Would definitely stay here again. A perfect place to avoid the all-modern big chain hotels--a real feel for the countryside.
