Location, quick and super easy checkin process even though I booked it at midnight, I went straight to the room in less than 5min. All instructions were been provided by Whatsapp in 2min after booking. Amazing self checkin experience 👍 Clean, a small balcony to smoke, special colored lights, Fast Wifi, TV connected to internet… surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommended

Place with great vibes. Easy contact with friendly owners. Kitchen equipment available, as well as garden to have a sit in and free parking. Bed was very comfortable.

I had the opportunity to spend a full week here and it was really a delightful experience. There was everything one could possibly need during their stay. Everything was comfortable and convenient. The room I stayed in was clean and quite large There was a large balcony, although I didn't utilize it much. Instead, I enjoyed spending the evenings by talking with the host in the kitchen and it made my stay even more enjoyable. Andy was very welcoming and helpful, creating inviting atmosphere from the moment I arrived. He was always available to assist me with any questions or requests I had. Netoli centro, netoliese buvo vietos palikti automobilį, pakankamai rami vieta. Draugiškas Petrošas ir įtartinai tyli moteris :-). Pakankamai švari patalynė, rankšluosčiai ir gana patogi lova. Veikė kondicionierius, tai nesušalome, veikiantis smart TV . Namas, koridorius ir kt patalpos pilni visokių daiktų, primena tarsi gyventum sendaikčių sandėliuke :-). Manau kažkam gal tai patiktų.

During my recent stay at George's residence, I was fortunate enough to have him as my host. George's exceptional hospitality was apparent from the moment I arrived, and he made sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The residence was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities that a traveler could require, even for an extended stay of a week or more. Furthermore, the location of the residence is conveniently situated near the city center, with a plethora of shops and restaurants in close proximity.

'Unique' is certainly the word! Particularly in terms of location in the heart of old Nicosia, right up against the buffer zone. The studio is a short walk from the main sights of the old city, as well as the Ledra Street crossing. Self check-in and check-out were very smooth, with good communication from the hosts.
