The staff was super friendly, and helped create a very nice atmosphere where you could feel at home. The common area is quite big and very nice, with a fire place and board games. I only regretted not booking more nights from start as they were quickly full. Highly recommend!

Absolutely TOP notch!!(I'd given 20 out of 10) My Casa Azul experience was incredibly awesome! It's a beautiful wooden house with so many cultural/historical details with peaceful ambiance. It's like a walking into a museum and place is spotless clean as well. Also I've met several wonderful fellow travelers around the globe and I'd definitely return again. Basic but comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful owners and one of the more affordable stays in Puerto Varas. Not very central but you can still walk to the centre. Was able to use the kitchen and the breakfast was left out extra time, very nice.
