Excellent location in between the train station and Hauptplatz (Main square), 5 mins from the former and 10 mins from the latter. All shopping facilities (Billa) are within a walking distance, the tram stop is just on the square. You can buy Linz cakes (Jindrak company) in the cafe at the entrance to the house. As a bonus, excellent view from the 7th floor. The rooms are very practically equipped and very clean. The kitchen is well supplied with necessary facilities such as seasonings (if you want to prepare your meals, it helps you very much) or tea (thanks for that). Communication with the host was easy, Karin replies promptly and effectively. We also appreciated her mother who met us the first day and explained us everything (sorry for our weak German).

breakfast is nice! room is clean, and there is free parking just outside hotel. In such a price, can not expect more. the room inside looks all new. there seems no water cattle inside the room or I did not find it? And hotel boss is an very old gramma which tried her best to speak English to me and very helpful! Quite touching because she is really old and not convinent to work. Good luck to her!

Nice, clean, and cozy room. Comfortable bed and clean, fresh linen. A lot of space and everything needed is in the room. Enough space for parking right next to the house.

The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and bed super comfortable. Breakfast started at 6am and was abundant with many options. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
