This was the best apartment we stayed this year. It was even more beautiful as on picutures. Room was very cozy, bed very comfortable, pillows big and soft, bathroom was very clean, towels were new, there was hairdryer available, kitchen had all one could need for the stay, it is fully equiped. Bonus was tea and coffee available in the room. Whole appartment smelled very nice when we came in. In the evening, it was warm in room, we felt like at home. Location is great if you plan to go to salt mine, it is just few steps from house. We were there by car, parking was available on request. Land lady Herta is very nice, our room was ready earlier as check-in time and she allowed us to check-in earlier. This was great for us, as there was heavy rain when we arrived. If we go to Hallstatt again, we will stay only here.

We booked two nights there but at different room; the staff rushed the cleaning for us so we can shift to another room quickly. Really thanked for the kind gesture. When our travel plans got hiccuped due to lack of transportation from Salzburg to Hallstatt I contacted the host to tell her we would be unable to make it within the check in window. She offered to pick us up from a neighboring town when your train got in late that night and drove us directly to the accommodations. We felt so well taken care of and are so so thankful for her hospitality. Location is 1 minute from the cable car and everything was absolutely perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough.
