Located 800 metres from the Bay of Laholm’s Gullbranna Beach, this holiday park is 13 km from central Halmstad. It offers an on-site restaurant, various activities and accommodation with a kitchen.

An electric kettle and stovetop are standard in all units. The holiday homes and studio apartments also include a patio and bathroom with a shower. we stayed in house 6, it was very nice and spacious for us (2 adults and 2 kids). kitchen was very well equipped, only missing wine glasses and wine opener. before booking I saw the reviews and some people complained about the noise from the road, but this was not an issue for us.

Just 5 km from central Strömstad, Daftö Resort offers a summertime theme park with an outdoor pool and children's activity house. Strömstad Golf Club is 8 km away.

All cottages at Daftö have a living room with a seating area and cable TV. Each has a furnished terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay. We were not sure what to expect, but the resort surprised us to our delight in every respect. The staff was extremely helpful. As Americans spending our first night in Sweden we were having trouble contacting relatives in Norway. The staff was able to provide the needed help. This looks like a great place for families.

Lagunen Cottages and Hostel is located by the Skagerrak Sea, 4 km from Strömstad town centre. It offers free WiFi and two sandy beaches. On-site private parking is free.

All cottages at Lagunen have private patios, while some also include a kitchen and seating area with a TV. Bathroom facilities are either private or shared. Everything really well organized. Comfy beds. stuga really well laid out with storage / shelves, etc. we’ll be back!

Surrounded by the scenic Bohuslän Archipelago, these self-catering cottages feature a flat-screen TV, furnished patio and free WiFi. On-site leisure options include 3 saunas, an outdoor hot tub and a beach. this is a camping resort. so, they are busy during vacation times i guess. when we went not so busy. we were only there one night as we were passing by. It reminded me of wolly world from chase vacation movies. the people there are very friendly.

Tanumstrand’s restaurant, Latitud, is located just next to the cottages. Staff arranges archipelago trips and a summertime club with activities for children.
