Located opposite the shores of Lake Te Anau, Te Anau Lakeview Holiday Park & Motels offers BBQ's, a spa (spa is open from 1st October to 30th April & closed from 1st May to 30th September) and a... Great little room, very comfortable bed, clean and hot showers, all I needed.

Located in Manapouri and only 20 km from Te Anau Glow Worm Caves, Manapouri Holiday Park provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. We stayed in the small cabin for 3 very rainy nights and it was comfortable. There was a little heater in the cabin co we were warm during the night. The whole place is a little bit outdated, but it has nice charm. Staff was very friendly. We used barbecue one night- it is under the roof so you don’t have to worry about rain. Two blocks with showers- for free!!, toilets were clean. Kitchen was clean with nice dining area. There was a small room with tv and heaps of dvd movies- watched Lord of the rings on the rainy day. There is also laundry which we didnt use. Close to the lake and church pub!

Situated in Riverton, Riverton Holiday Park features a garden and barbecue. The property is only a 10-minute walk from Taramea Bay. The manager was very helpful and let me park my rental car right beside the cabin. Which was great because each day I went out I had to load up and then unpack the car with equipment.

The Invercargill Holiday Park & Motels is situated in quiet rural surroundings, just a short 5-minute drive from the town center. The motel unit was very quiet, comfortable and spacious

Mountains Edge Cabins is located in Southland's Blackmount district in the picturesque village of Monowai. The property is located betwenn Lake Manapouri and Lake Monowai, south of Te Anau. Merrill was super accommodating! The huts were comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. The shared kitchen and bathroom was tidy and well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would both return in a heartbeat! Great launching pad to go and check out hikes in the surrounding area.

Tui Base Camp is set in Tuatapere and offers a bar and a shared lounge. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. Staff where amazing, the locals were good value too. I can't fault the place. It's great. 😃

Central City Camping Park offers accommodation in Invercargill, less than 1 km from Rugby Park Stadium and a 9-minute walk from Southern Institute of Technology. Great staff and lovely cat! Facilities are great and the rooms are nice. Plenty of room for a great price.
