The staff was very helpful, polite, and welcoming. They also accommodated our special diet (Jain Diet) for the dinner. Staff gave great directions to the nearby location. The facility and spa center were brilliant. kid enjoyed indoor swimming pool during a bad weather. The rooms were good size.

Lovely indoor swimming pool, external pool was too cold for the season. Nice back and front gardens.

Everything was wonderful! Garden, outside swimming pool, breakfast and dinners,… and not to forget the staff!!!

The location is beautiful, with mountains view. Comfortable bed, big room. Simple but complete breakfast. Swimming pool is available, wellness area with 3 sauna cabines (small, for 2-3 people), jacuzzi and relaxing room.

It’s a beautiful property, having both separate spaces for campers and lodges with modern facilities offers the best of both worlds for different preferences. It is a lovely retreat with convenient access to nearby attractions.

A perfect family holiday, lots of entertainment on offer, great swimming pools and kids clubs (children actually kept asking to go back!) I believe all guests had children with them so there was no stress about my children disturbing other guests like I would be on a different type of holiday.

Modern ,clean and practical ground floor apartment with terrace and garden .New kitchen and bathroom. Big smart TV with entertainment apps. Grocery store 2min away. There is also pizzeria close by. Brunico is 10min drive where you can get various restaurants and supermarkets. Lago di Braies is 30min away Ski lift and swimming pools are also within 10min drive . Parking at the front or secure garage available if required Host was very helpful .

the swimming pool was the best. very well heated both inside and outside. huge pool. nice kids slides. adult sauna was also a nice treat. for those with smaller kids, the kids club is very well organised. service is outstanding. staff are very attentive and trying to please. The layout of the hotel is very convenient. you can easily get to the swimming pool or sauna from your room. parking is close.
