We loved receiving a complimentary upgrade as it made our short stay that much more enjoyable. Being right next to the lake was so lovely and serene . We wished we had has time to stay longer. And we just loved spotting the gorgeous wildlife neighbours. Thank you we'll definitely come back again some time!

Great park with superb facilities to entertain everyone - various little lakes, a creek to walk along or sit next to, swimming pools, water parks, an entertainment area and only a short drive to Byron Bay and the walk from Wattogo Beach to the Lighthouse. Cabins good with the ability to separate the two sleeping areas with doors from one another. A good size cabin for a family with one or two children.

Byron Bay is beautiful. Lovely beaches, great shopping and dining options. This house is fantastic . We had a wonderful family holiday. We particularly loved the fabulous entertainment area, so spent most of our vacation in or near the pool. Nights were pleasant, with air conditioning in all the bedrooms. We didn’t want for anything. Great cooking facilities, towels and linen provided . We didn’t want to go home!

The property was perfect for family. They have a lot to offer during our stay like free yoga class in the morning and kids club activity for our children. They also have free equipment for tennis, basketball, and port-a-cots which is very convenient for us. Their water park and swimming pool areas are satisfying too. Their deluxe cabin that we have are so comfy and very spacious. Even their welcome pack are very informative that we found it very useful.

I did love the Arts Factory mainly for its entertainment value. They host events all throughout the day up until night. You must go to the talent show, bracelet making and the forest trek. The hostel isn’t clean, bush turkeys in the kitchens and bed bugs which they have sorted now. The hostel is divided by dorms, teepees, a females lodge (highly recommend), surf camp and camping grounds which have long term campers there. I believe you can pay a small amount to stay in your camper van in the car park and use their facilities

The cabin is perfect for a family holiday. The holiday park when there are no restrictions would be so great for the family.
