Parking is for free. The value for money is excellent. Driving into the city centre or other destinations nearby is quick. The staff is very helpful.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Merrit island waterfront house lots of parking is situated in Merritt Island. !This was one of the best places we found in Florida to stay. The attention to detail and everything in between was fantastic! We could have easily stayed longer to enjoy a breakfast on the porch or have a BBQ on the water. It was fabulous. The location is very quiet in beautiful surroundings on the Little Manatee River. It is close to Simmons Park and the Bahia Beach Preserve. The owner, Tammie Saxon, provided invaluable help getting me to my cottage and getting my disabled vehicle to servicing. Canoes and fishing gear are available. There's a large swimming pool area but the weather was too cool for pool activities during my stay. The manager, Lynn, made check in effortless and she had no problem extending my stay.
