There was literally everything in the kitchen that you could possibly ever need to cook while you are away. Oven and electric hob were excellent with large fridge and freezer, great for families or groups. In addition the laundry room had a clean washing machine, airer and vaccuum. Beds were ok (a little hard for us, but just personal preference) Living, dining areas and bathrooms excellent. Niki was a great host.

Based on just the view from the deck of this house, the rating is worth a 10. Loved sitting on the deck and looking at the harbor. Nice, big place (designed for much larger groups - we were just 2 people) with lots of room and comfort. Big TV. Clean, with excellent facilities. Very well equipped. Loved the isolation and solitude, despite being above what appears to be a busy roadway. Bedrooms were very quiet. Be aware that you will have to carry luggage up a short gravel path to the house. This was one of the best places we stayed while in Norway for a month.

We like how was the communication with the host, respond time very fast. It was very welcoming for both children and adults to be greeted with some welcome gifts. We spend time enjoying the training room and the hot tub. Our stay spanning almost a long weekend was an absolute pleasure. We're eagerly looking forward to returning to this enchanting destination during the upcoming summer.

The cabin was perfectly situated on a quiet bay, with easy access to the pittoresk village of Risør. The perfect hide away to relax a few days on the way to or from the ferry in Kristiansund. Fantastic location on side of fjord. Very modern and comfortable interior. Lovely outside seating although we only used it one day due to the weather. Good area to explore. Arendal is only a few minutes away by car and has lots of shops and restaurants. We also used the historic passenger ferry which only takes 6 minutes and runs all day late into the evening but is a pleasant 30 minute walk from the boat house. The host, Arild met us on arrival to show us where to park and show us the property.

Fantastic and beautiful cabin, Very modern , brand new. Incredible views, spacious, lovely bathrooms, second living room in attic perfect for kids hang out. Would definitely book again. Cabin is exactly 15 minutes drive from the ski slopes. We preferred this location it’s extremely quiet and beautifully fully laid out cabin plots with a lot of space in-between.

Great location for what we needed. A cute tiny home that was comfortable and fun. It was quiet. Close to stores but far enough away not to be in the center of town. It was fun watching the chickens around the ward.
