Located in Kyoto, 1.1 km from Nijo Castle and 1.7 km from the centre, Rinn Shiki Juraku provides air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a garden. Absolutely loved the character and charm of the hotel, the facilities, the lounge area for breakfast/evening drinks, ease of use of the washer/dryer that was there. The hotel was in a quiet residential section of Kyoto, yet access to Nijo Castle, the Imperial Palace and downtown Kyoto was very easy and within a 15 minute walk. Access to the train stations and Uber/Taxi's were equally easy. Amazing local restaurants within walking distance of the Hotel - highly recommend Daigan around the corner for an amazing sushi with an engaging/entertaining/welcoming chef.

In the Ukyo Ward district of Shimo saga, close to Arashiama Bamboo Grove, 谷町君・星屋・談山旅館 京都嵐山 has a garden, free WiFi and a washing machine. The house is fabulous. The whole place feels like a work of art -- traditional but modern at the same time, and very clean. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The place got everyone one might need. The best part is that the price is less than most of the single-room hotels.

Guests staying at this holiday home have access to a balcony. - The location is great. Just only 5-6 mins walk from Kyoto station. And only 2 mins from villa kotone to Aeon mall which there are lots of restaurant and big supermarket. - Staff is nice and very supportive. As there's an accident (I lost my wallet at Nagoya) on my first day of the trip. I could not met him to get a key on time. We check in quite late at night. Jame san also come to see us at night to advise on everything and also explain on all lighting and electornics stuff work. - I like living and dining area which we can common use with our family. play game, chat. If you travel with family. this place is a perfect choice for you. - I stay here for 6 nights. Total 5 persons with 2 kids.

In the Higashiyama Ward district of Kyoto, close to Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Campton Kiyomizu Vacation Rental has a garden, free WiFi and a washing machine. We had the traditional Japanese breakfast on both mornings and they were absolutely divine. The care and effort put into them was amazing. The beautiful staff who brought them and set everything up were incredible. We would highly recommend this experience. Delicious.

Yasaka Shrine is 7 minutes on foot, while Kiyomizu Temple is a 14-minute stroll. beautiful refurbished Machiya in an excellent location. ample room for 6 persons. very clear check in process and clean. concierge was very helpful.

Situated in Kyoto, 500 metres from Kyoto International Manga Museum,Kyoto Machiya Fukune is an accommodation with a garden. The accommodation has a hot tub. We spent 3-nights in Kyoto for a family trip. Both my parents and my son enjoyed the stay, very clean and comfortable. Prepared everything we need during the stay. Japanese breakfast set is delicious. Location is good as well, quiet neighborhood with good choices of Japanese cuisine. Acceptable walking distance to the subway station.

Open from May 2017, Mulan Hostel is situated in Arashiyama, a 2-minute walk from Arashiyama Station. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The property features a shared bathroom. Hosts were phenomenal, friendly, neat, and made themselves available to answer any questions and to simply make sure everyone felt at home. The whole place was kept tidy at all times and provided excellent space to meet people. The place was also surprisingly soundproof and offered a nice window into experiencing the city through the design of the hostel.
